By installing or using Browser Stickies ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension.

What Browser Stickies is

Browser Stickies is a Chrome extension that lets you place sticky note reminders on any web page. It's provided as a personal productivity tool, primarily for people who find it easier to see reminders directly on the page they relate to.

Free and Pro usage

The free tier includes a limited number of manual stickies and Google Tasks syncs. A Pro upgrade, handled by ExtensionPay, removes those limits. We may change free-tier limits or pricing at any time.

Your content

You retain full ownership of anything you write in a sticky note. Your note content is stored only in your own Chrome profile via chrome.storage — we don't access, read, or use it for anything.

Google Tasks integration

If you connect Google Tasks, you're granting Browser Stickies read-only access to your task lists via Google's OAuth consent flow. We use this solely to create local sticky notes matching your tasks. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

No warranty

Browser Stickies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything important — sticky notes can be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including loss of note data.

Uninstalling / revoking access

You can uninstall the extension at any time from chrome://extensions, which removes all locally stored data. To revoke Google account access separately, visit your Google account permissions page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the extension after changes means you accept the updated terms.
